Go Golf Sales Rep for Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Nebraska

• Build Skechers brand awareness through developing relationships with Store Managers, Department heads, Sales Associates, and store owners in territory. While maintaining these relationships, creating sales opportunities for our 12 divisions in accounts.• Creating and presenting technical product information to all key/regional accounts in territory to District and Regional Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates.• Organize regional and national trade shows with Division Managers while managing, coordinating, and creating grassroots marketing events for the multiple Skechers divisions throughout the territory. • Conduct in-store visits with key/regional accounts in territory, while enhancing independent accounts with POP and marketing assets to help increase Skechers sales across all 12 divisions. • Awarded the 2018 “Visual Merchandiser of the Year” for the United States.

• Plan, organize and conduct national junior golf tournaments varying from 72 to 156 players.• Mentor and evaluate interns throughout the spring and summer to help develop their professional skills.• Manage a staff of 10 - 20 people over the course of a tournament week, as well as recruiting and coordinating up to 125 volunteers for each event.• Form professional relationships with tournament committees, golf course staff, and local communities, to assist in renewing contracts with host venues and sponsors for future events.• Negotiate hotel contracts, staff meals and travel, while managing tournament budgets of approximately $35,000 - $125,000 per tournament.

• Administrated and prepared 13 golf tournaments across the United States and Canada.• On course rules officiated and scored all players in tournament fields of 72 to 144 players. • Managed equipment inventory, maintenance and replenishment. • Public speaking relating information to players, parents, and college coaches.

Oversaw 30+ students in the Cardinal Host Program, while assisting the Director of Special Projects and Events at the University of Louisville.
