I introduce students to Columbus State Community College through the First Year Experience Seminar. This Seminar emphasizes skills and resources necessary for students to be successful in their personal, academic and career-related pursuits. The course includes an orientation to College resources, policies, and processes.

 Implements strategies to increase integration of SBDC Consortium activities with CSCC, and identified community partners such as government, professional associations, membership organizations and chambers of commerce Develops strategic plan related to brand awareness; collateral covering entire SBDC Consortium, collateral by function, booth / trade show materials, event templates, logos, marketing awareness campaign, ads, speaking engagements, article placement, etc. Create and oversee production and distribution of promotional materials and marketing collateral. Create graphics & coordinate graphic development Develops annual training calendar of approx. 100 training events / 200 training days Coordinate all logistics relating to program and event implementation Founded the Be the Boss! Student Entrepreneurship Conference  Coordinates the annual Ohio Growth Summit conference, 300 attendees & exhibitors Coordinates and produces the Ohio Growth Summit 20 page event program including graphic creation, cover design, article and ad layout Implements tracking of marketing ROI and analyze data to drive marketing strategies Creates marketing plans for major SBDC events including Ohio Growth Summit and Capital Crash Course  Created, promotes, and manages SBDCColumbus.com online community of over 2100 members Maintains SBDCColumbus.com and Ohio Growth Summit.com websites Optimize, maintain, monitor and lead the SBDC Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+ platforms and any marketing strategies carried out in them. Counsels startup to small businesses on the development of product marketing, brand marketing strategies, writing marketing plans, and use of social media / new media Develops and facilitates training sessions on business branding, marketing strategies and the use of social media Review and monitor marketing/promotion revenues and expenses in accordance with various center budgets

 Coordinated contract training delivery.  Problem solved for operational issues that occur with contract delivery.  Liaison for clients and class participants.  Established and maintained rapport with external clients as well as relationships internal to department and college as a whole.

 Prepared invoices to bill for third party payments for students’ tuition and other educational expenses.  Collected on outstanding account balances personally and by utilizing collection agencies. Maintained and reconciled assigned accounts.  Coordinated external scholarship disbursements.
