I am currently the on-site facilities technician as a federal contractor to the National Centers for Environmental Information under the Northern Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. I act as liaison between the building tenants and building owners. I ensure proper installation and maintenance of the entire on-site office workspace, including government technology and equipment. I am part of a national team of other facility technicians and managers in multiple states across the United States, to coordinate our efforts, ensure best practices, and learn from each others experiences to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
