After several successful years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, I quickly realized that my love was for people and problem solving and not simply crunching numbers. I took pride in mentoring and training Financial Advisors, which inspired me to move into leadership and team development. Finding motivated Advisors and helping them grow their business is my passion. My career in leadership began at UBS where I discovered the need for a multi-cultural workplace in the financial industry. I launched a diversity training program that explored new and creative methods to hire and train a more diverse Financial Advisor population. In 2009, I joined Raymond James as the Mid-Atlantic Complex Manager. Four years later, I co-founded the Raymond James Black Financial Advisors Network (BFAN). Our first BFAN Symposium hosted 32 Advisors and has grown to host over 200 attendees in 2021. I currently have the pleasure of leading the Delaware Valley, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Complexes – where we are proud to be among the highest level of productivity in the firm and our market.
