Responsible for product development and management of Ameriprise FSB deposit products. Leading complex product development projects, recommending, developing, and implementing plans that improve features and functionality. Driving product adoption through the successful positioning and promoting of the products internally and externally.

Manage the Consumer Deposit Products including, Savings, Checking, Money Market and Health Savings Accounts.

Responsible for the checking and card product management across the enterprise.

Manages/Directs the card base products and their profitability, including the Credit Card Portfolio, Debit Card Portfolio, and Merchant Services. Writing and implementing a Strategic Payments Plan.

Elected to a three term and was voted to be Treasurer in the first year and President of the Board for the following two years.

Responsible for managing two teams, one that negotiated contractual terms and purchased all IT Hardware, Software, and Services and the other that created and implemented an Asset Management System that tracked all of the Information Systems assets throughout the company.

Responsible for a team that created the plan, managed a forecast process, reported on actual vs. plan, and developed return on investment for projects within the Information Technology Division.
