As an ICT manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have successfully led and managed diverse IT projects, programs, and operations across various sectors, including housing, government, energy, and media.Currently, I am the ICT manager at City of Nedlands, where I oversee the IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and support for the local government. My mission is to ensure the alignment of IT services with the organizational goals and objectives, as well as the compliance with the relevant standards and regulations. I am also passionate about leveraging new technologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation of the ICT function and the overall business. Some of my recent achievements include migrating the data center to the cloud, implementing a new ITSM system, and improving the user satisfaction and retention rates.
