With over 30 years experience in the IT market in all "front of house" roles from sales to marketing, to strategic acquisitions to general management have resulted in many years of demonstrable success across Australia and Asia Pacific & Japan. Very broad channel and customer experience having successfully driven business outcomes in the consumer space, SMB, Enterprise, Corporate and Public Sector segments which have resulted in a comprehensive growth in key metrics of revenue, profitability, market share, customer and employee satisfaction. Having built and run an Australian business in excess of US$1B per year and having experience in both good and bad economic times, running the sales organisation for HP across Asia Pacific and Japan (in excess of $3.4B revenue per year), Country MD of US Multinationals as well as CEO of a Telstra JV. Most recently I have been working with the senior executive in Deloitte Australia to assist in driving greater conversion rates by smart and focused bidding. Prior to this I was in an advisory capacity in the Cyber-security space to a very cool startup as well as more established Advisory work with Bain & Co.Specialties: Sales, marketing, general management (including full P&L responsibility), downsizing/right-sizing, delivering growth in all economic environments, strategic planning and execution, sales productivity and enablement, overseeing the development of a high performance and accountable organisational culture.
