As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, I work closely with the Product Owner and other key stakeholders to deliver changes to Adviser Online – an essential tool for the Macquarie wealth business and aligned advisers. Working in an Agile environment, my key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, user story refinement, ideation of features and working closely with the visual design team.I have been working with the Product Owner and broader product team to uplift the current version of Adviser Online. An enhanced version of the portal was successfully delivered in 2019. Improving Adviser Online and delivering new features is ongoing, and I continue to work to achieve this as we transition off our legacy platforms.I am the lead business analyst representing Adviser Online as part of One UI alignment. One UI is a digital initiative to create a seamless digital experience for users across Macquarie’s personal, business and wealth portals. Collaboration is key to ensuring the best outcome is achieved for our clients and to build components that are leveraged by all portals across the digital team. Working closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners, my responsibilities include capturing and communicating the One UI aligned requirements for Adviser Online and ensuring the solution and final design achieves the best outcome for our users.

As a senior business analyst and stream lead for the future AMP bank program, I'm responsible for overseeing three streams: customer and party management, payments, and correspondence. My role also involves the documentation of high-level business requirements and future state process maps, as well as initially conducting co-design workshops with vendors to identify data gaps.
