I initially combined this role with my own work to deliver a new corporate building in Warsaw (for ~1000 users) and oversight of the infrastructure technology changes required within 6 European locations, in relation to the UK's withdrawal from the EU (Brexit).Management responsibilities of the EMEA portfolio included handling escalations from the team, ensuring hygiene compliance in accordance with technology control policies, personnel management, resource allocation, demand management, recruitment, graduate staff development, retention and performance reviews.Latterly, I led the PMO Transformation programme to modernize the Global Project Management Office, through the introduction of AI and Machine Learning technology aimed at automating artifact creation and risk/issue/plan analysis across multiple portfolios. Visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlikview were also utilized to bring data to life and enable stakeholders to make informed decisions, whilst also presenting a global view of project & programme hygiene requirements to senior management.
