Tony Buon Dip. Wel., B.A (Psych), M.A (Hons) M. Litt (eqiv) Dip Med, Grad Edu, RCMC, CEAPTony Buon is a highly experienced workplace psychologist, mediator, coach, speaker and author. He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and a Registered Civil & Workplace Mediator (CMC). Tony has over 30 years’ experience working with many of the world’s leading organisations in over 30 countries. Tony holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in psychology, behavioural sciences and workplace education.Tony has taught Leadership, Psychology and HRM up to Master’s Level in Universities in Australia and the UK and has taught an accredited M.B.A. programme. Tony runs Leadership, HR, and Communications training throughout the EMEA. Born in Scotland, Tony spent many years in Australia where he owned and ran a large workplace psychological services. He also opened the first private psychological services company in the China. Tony returned to the UK in 2001 having sold his Company.Tony has worked with a number of leading organisations including: 3M, ABB, Aramco, Atos, AXA, British Council, BP, Coca-Cola, Commonwealth & Foreign Office, CSR, Diageo, Dolphin Energy, Dorset Police, DuPont, Exxon Mobil, Fujitsu, Gulfmark, Halliburton, ICI, KNPC, Lend Lease, Marathon Oil, Microsoft, NHS, Nigerian Parliament, Pfizer, Qatar Petroleum, SABIC, Scottish Police College, Shell, Sonatrach, Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and UCL. Tony also works extensively with the global maritime industry.Tony has published over fifty papers in peer-reviewed journals and international publications. His book, "The Leadership Coach" was published in April 2014 by Hodder & Stoughton. His book, "Communication Genius" was released in the UK in 2015 and in the USA in 2016.
