He's the voice of the Millennial generation in the insurance industry helping the industry understand how to engage this large demographic that will soon make up over 50% of the workforce.Tony was born and raised in Costa Rica and moved to the US in 2002 receiving his BS in Management Information Systems and MBA both from Iowa State University. He has been in the insurance industry since 2009.
