Manage delivery of outsourced mailroom solution to Arthur Andersen's Melbourne office together with a team of 7 Mayne Nickless mailroom personnel.

Support mailroom supervisor & team of 5 Mayne Nickless personnel to deliver outsourced mailroom solution to BP Australia. My specific responsibility was to manage BP's day to day courier & transport requirements.

Support large call centre team to effectively manage inbound customer enquiries.
