- Establish the organizational effectiveness team to support the global advertising business (comprising over 10,000 employees spanning Product, RD, Sales, Marketing, Ops, etc.) from the ground up. In April 2018, Morgan Philips Group officially acquired Hudson's European operation (excluding Benelux) to align with Morgan Philips Group's global business setup.- Successfully converted and retained existing key clients and secured more than ten new clients within one year. Built the business from scratch and established a strong brand image as a professional provider of customized organizational development and talent management solutions in the market.- Established the talent consulting business ecosystem by collaborating with assessment providers to enhance the assessment solutions matrix in internal talent development.
