Led the team responsible for virtually all of Bing’s web data ingestion platform including crawling, document understanding, and structured data. Developed division-wide content moderation policy and systems as well as cross-company integration of Bing’s web and knowledge graphs with other Microsoft properties such as Windows, Internet Explorer, and Cortana. Scaled up organization to take on search on a worldwide basis including building new teams in multiple countries. Tripled the size of Bing’s index.

Delivered all Bing app releases on Windows 8, Xbox; iPad (first Microsoft iPad app, #1 free app); PC clients including Bing Bar (browser toolbar) and Bing Desktop; and features integrated into Internet Explorer 10. Managed Bing Image and Video search as well as the division-wide performance team. Built new cross-discipline organization and set strategy, partnering with other divisions.
