- Coordinate with all staff trainers to develop monthly training schedules at least 3 weeks in advance.- Creation of classes on internal and customer facing systems (AXIS, RangeWorks, and armoryranges.com)- Communicate with all staff trainers any changes, updates, or modifications to any/all curriculum.- Teach and lead classes when available.- Ensure range is cleaned and maintained after any class that ends after normal business hours.- Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all training sessions have necessary range availability.- Maintain all training material in a neat and orderly fashion. This includes updating existing PowerPoint presentations to maintain relevancy.- Maintain all State required paperwork pertaining to the Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit classes. This includes class roster paperwork, three part certificates, and student waivers.- Ensure classroom is adequately stocked with all necessary customer amenities (bottled water, coffee and coffee supplies, etc.)- Work with the Lead Trainer in Nashville to update, change, or modify training standards and offerings.- Lead all monthly GSSF matches at Franklin Range.- Seek training and group event opportunities within the community. This includes setting up classes/group events for businesses, corporations, churches, and other community groups.- Assist with sales and RSO duties when available and absolutely necessary.- Work with management and Range Lead to develop fun and engaging events fo customers and staff.
