• Leveraged Data from NPS’ Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) database (IBM Maximo) to develop their first ever public infrastructure inventory reports that raised awareness of the Service's $11 billion deferred.
• Supported development of NPS’ first National Long Range Transportation Plan, a five-year multi-billion dollar capital investment program that received the American Planning Association 2018 Gold Medal. Built 10+.
• Managed development of Tableau tool supporting $2+ billion capital planning & investment program. Facilitated week-long workshop with NPS C-Suite clients to develop materials characterizing performance outcomes.
