I'm an award-winning hybrid product design lead currently working with the talented personalization design team at Netflix. Prior to joining the personalization team I was a product design lead driving growth initiatives at Netflix. Prior to Netflix I spent a few years at SurveyMonkey as Senior Art Director where I had the opportunity to work across a number of teams and projects. I approach design with a strategic and data-driven mindset focusing on user-centered problems and crafting interactive solutions. I specialize in web design, TV UI, mobile UX, product design, growth, motion graphics, testing, analytics, qualitative research, quantitative metrics and most importantly, team collaboration.
