Tony Delgado is a Latino American computer programmer, investor, and businessman. Tony is known for his work in Puerto Rico’s Entrepreneur & Startup ecosystem. In 2017, after hurricane maria, Tony quit his job at a VC investment firm, moved to Puerto Rico, and founded Disrupt, a movement focused on bringing blockchain technology and entrepreneurship education to Latin America.
