I have been the Project Leader for internetworking solutions of Saipem Group.My job consisted of designing complex ICT solutions and services for enterprise-class customers.I had to manage all the steps of an ICT project: from the meeting with the customer to identify their needs and potential to the presentation at management level of the solution to fulfill these needs, from the editing of the technical proposal to the administration of the activities for the set up and the management of the service.I developed deep technical skills on many internetworking areas: LAN, VLAN, WLAN, MAN, WAN, intranet, extranet, Internet, access and transport technologies, convergence of voice, video and data on a single network, integrated fixed-mobile solutions and unified communication.My leadership gave me the role of Technical Leader on very complex internetworking and convergence of voice projects:· I prepared High Level Design and BID document to submit our products and services. Consulting at the BT Albacom Customer Service (ATCO) I provide III level support to the Top Customers IT managers in the setting up networking solution:· I configured the Frame Relay/ATM solution for Customers (Cisco IGX on the backbone and Cisco 2600,3600,7200 series to access)· I configured Cisco routers with ISDN solution to backup.
