The Head of AW and Safety will provide Subject Matter Expertise in support of all business activities and leads the AW and Safety team in supporting the provision of AW and Safety guidance and support to the Business Units and Programmes.

The aircraft as new into service which necessitated close working relationships with Delivery Team and contracted support staff conducting Zonal Hazard Analysis. Key aspect of the role was building competency of the workforce and the integration of a blended workforce with specialist support from the aircraft design organisation.
