Prior to founding Arrowhead Leadership Inc, Davis owned and operated a Granite Transformations franchise, a Bath Planet dealership and independent plumbing company, Rock Solid Plumbing Services in the NE Florida market. He successfully created a strong brand for his companies through employee development and a company culture of providing a superior customer experience. A majority of his companies's new business was generated from customer referrals, repeat customers or word of mouth advertising! After over 16 years of successful small business ownership, he sold the companies in February 2021. Additionally, Davis spent over 10 years in corporate America with Enterprise Rent-a-Car / Enterprise Fleet Management in various outside sales, national marketing and high level management positions.
