Current• Lead and mentor a team of five ad ops associates and planners responsible for campaign setup, reporting, planning, and optimization across multiple lines of business, including direct ad sales, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and subscription growth operations.• Develop and maintain the pre and post-sale workflow process, ensuring continuous updates and cataloging them in a process library for team-wide uniformity and efficiency.• Collaborate closely with the product team to evaluate ad tech tickets, provide documentation, and assess revenue impact, prioritizing revenue-driving initiatives.• Manage all ad tech platform integrations, working directly with stakeholders to ensure internal adoption of business tools.• Align product and package offerings with market needs in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.• Oversee team performance to ensure successful campaign launches and delivery on client KPIs, followed by the preparation of campaign wrap reports.• Test revenue-driving ad solutions with ad tech partners.• Utilize data reporting solutions to drive informed business decisions through actionable insights.• Collaborate with the product growth team to manage paywall and user flow/experience executions. • Oversee A/B testing and conversion performance for growth operations.
