Working as Quantity Surveyor for Shenzhen Western Corridor Project(Bridge connecting Hongkong and Shenzhen), based in Hongkong: Responsible for subcontractor arrangement and management, including subcontracting, evaluation of tenders, subcontract drafting, interim payment, settlement of contractual disputes etc.Responsible for site measurement, project profitability and forecasting, contractual disputes and claims, cost assessment, site costing and other matters of a management and administrative nature
