Founded and developed XShares as a 1940 Act Investment Advisor to advise and manage exchange traded Funds. Developed, launched and managed 31 Exchange Traded Funds that were listed on the NYSE, most notable the TDX Target Dated Funds developed for TD Ameritrade that were launched in 2007. Managed the extensive legal and operational process necessary to support the products.

Founding partner in charge of operations and development of the internal structure of the group including the formation of Xhares Advisors, Xshares Securities and three 1940 Act Registered Investment Companies and one Publicly Traded Commodity Pool necessary for the development and launch of 32 Exchange Traded Funds launched in 2007 and 2008 and traded on the NYSE and NYSE ARCA.
