     Successfully led Strategic Global IS projects across Diageo aligned with the Diageo Delivery Methodology Audit Process and Controls Assessment Risk Management. Complied with Sarbanes–Oxley compliance across Strategy, Process Development and Management, Financial Governance and Capacity and Resource Management. Led a remote team of 10 on the Automation of duty suspended goods movements within the member states of the EU, monitored performance and successfully delivered the £1.5 million project delivered with schedule and under budget.  Reviewed deliverables on all projects to ensure schedules were maintained, while meeting with quality standards, endorsing changes to plans where applicable. Led the £1.1 million implementation of SAP PLM into India, Greece, Cameroon, Brazil and Indonesia, led 20 resources based in market and managed remotely via three direct reports and delivered £17 million pounds in inventory savings as well as Procurement savings of £90k in the overall Project budget.  Deployed a new Global HR system “Workday” across 21 markets in Africa under the £1 million budget, delivered £3 million in cost savings and £750K in Procurement savings following a reduction in the Travel & Entertainment budget and increased remote management of Local In-Market direct reports and End User License re-negotiation.  Negotiated the contract and led the implementation of all IT Infrastructure and operating systems for the new brew house at Guinness’s St James’s Gate Brewery, Dublin, managed a budget of £2 million and delivered within schedule and £110K under budget.
