Facilitate process improvement and provide project management service across all departments. Working closely with project sponsors and teams, utilize Lean Six-Sigma, and other methodologies to assess current state, including process mapping observations. Identify and prioritize improvement projects. Design and implement new processes across the company using qualitative and quantitative data.

-Oversee client cases from implementation to active administration.-Responsible for managing implementation schedules, performing system tests, facilitating client approval of required documents.-Create and setup benefit plans including but not limited to Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, H.S.A., H.R.A., Wellness, Transit, Parking, Tuition Plans matching client requirements in the benefitexpress system.-Main client contact for all daily plan questions, issues or concerns.-Train administration team and call center in regards to client's plan(s) details.-Create documentation for purposes of standardizing processes, i.e. client materials and training materials for internal team members.-Manage client data spreadsheet, client plan setup, employee & employer communication documents.-Analyze system data & resolve discrepancies between benefitexpress and external vendors.-Member of "Fun Committee" planning monthly events and increasing employee involvement.-Completely overhauled new hire training program and accompanying materials for the department.

Work with the clients to configure employee benefit plans from set up to production. Assist in all elements of the transition including but not limited to case implementation, file import and export testing, file transmit calendar, documentation and training the processing team. Work with clients to ensure all needs are met and no deadlines are missed.

- Promote the Monster brand by sponsoring events.- Build relationships with Illinois State University professors, business fraternities, sports teams, as well as local businesses and schools to conduct sponsored events.
