I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, launching new products, and expanding market share. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Tally Surgical, I am responsible for commercializing the next-generation technology to prevent the #1 patient safety error in surgery - retained surgical sponges. Some of my notable achievements include leading the acquisition of SurgiCount Medical by Stryker, growing the SurgiCount sales from $0 to $25M, and launching multiple new products in the US and international markets.
