With over 30 years of work experience in the medical device industry, I am a seasoned commercialization leader passionate about driving innovation and growth. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, launching new products, and expanding market share. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Tally Surgical, I am responsible for commercializing the next-generation technology to prevent the #1 patient safety error in surgery - retained surgical sponges.
