Originally recruited as CTO to partner with the business to develop a strategic plan, scale the IT department, and move the organization forward. Technical responsibilities included Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Development, Digital Creative, Data Warehouse/BI, Software Quality, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure and Production Systems.In 2012, formally promoted to COO / CTO where responsibilities expanded to include Product Development, Customer Care, Marketing, Affiliate Management, and Quality Excellence as well as all aspects of Technology.▬▬▬▬▬▬HIGHLIGHTS• Led technology, product, and marketing strategies to transform the organization from a lead-gen marketing company with $20 million in annual revenues to a product company with almost $300 million in revenues.• Built the Product Development Team which included Mobile and Social Management.• Grew the IT team from 8 to 70+ employees and managed more than 65% of the company’s total employee base.• Established a world-class call center that was able to transition from a cost center to a revenue center responsible for 25% of the RPS. The center was built to quickly scale up and down to meet market changes and had an outsourced operation staffed by up to 500 agents.• Winner of the Dallas 100 Award: Fastest Growing Private Company in North Texas (2013)

Brought in to revamp their technology after closing a deal with Toyota which was going to facilitate rapid growth. Ran all aspects of Technology: Software Development, Data Management/BI, Seibel/SAP Transition, Project Management, Software Quality, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure and Production Systems. Team was over 100 people. Primary tech team in Irving TX with an office Dusseldorf Germany.

Recruited by CEO to plan and manage technology growth to meet the rapidly escalating needs.
