I am the Chair of the Executive Board and Managing Partner at Robins Kaplan LLP. I had the privilege of serving as our Boston Office Managing Partner for 20 years, and was appointed to the Firm's Executive Board three times before being elected as the Chair of the Executive Board and Managing Partner.In my legal practice, I represent clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals in complex litigation related to financial services litigation, intellectual property and trademark infringement, employment and bankruptcy litigation, as well as general commercial disputes. I have also represented companies in the Food Industry involving key industry issues including brand protection, advertising and labeling. In addition to assisting clients in all aspects of problem solving and proving value, I take great pride in mentoring young lawyers and taking responsibility for their development.I am involved in a number of local bar association and community boards. I have served on the Boston Bar Association Council, Boston Bar Association Executive Committee, Boston Bar Foundation Board of Trustees, Boston Bar Foundation Executive Committee, Chairman of the Boston Bar Foundation Development Committee, Vice-Chairman of Board of Governors for Tufts Medical Center, and Chairman of the Town of Shrewsbury Personnel Board. I am active in numerous legal groups and professional associations and was honored to serve on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.When not serving clients, I enjoy golf, coaching youth and high school level baseball, fishing, and percussion instruments. I was a professional percussionist for a Worcester Orchestra and a private musical group.
