In these times I specialise in helping SME companies to sell more by understanding their customer segmentation, value propositions and sales processes. This can be achieved through reviews of existing operations and video links. I also advise business leaders using my extensive experience of managing manufacturing companies through their various challenges including recruitment, strategy creation and delivery of "the promise" to customers. I am a wall to bounce ideas off of and not afraid to politely critique.A speciality is helping find the right metaphors and stories to explain business and processes, both internally and to customers. The right measurements are vital but so are the right people, effectively led and motivated. I have expertise in analysing spreadsheets, spotting anomalies and probing at weaknesses.
