Our office and warehouse operations are located in Albany New York convenient to the New York State Thruway. We represent a select group of quality oriented manufacturers in the Plumbing & Heating Industry.

Responsible for purchasing operations, inventory management, and supplier relationship management for a regional plumbing wholesale distributor.

Engagements include:- Leading several supply chain performance improvement and strategy engagements - Operational due diligence engagements in support of acquisitions(originally began as independent contractor therefore dates overlap with Sixth Man Consulting)

Responsible for Manufacturing, Distribution, and Customer Service until sale/divestiture from Tyco Fire & Security. P&L responsibility for branded security equipment sales.

Worked with clients to reduce costs through process improvement and strategic soucing routinely delivering 5 times their investment value in the first year.

Managed a 50+ associate procurement department including training, personnel reviews, hiring/firing. Additionally I developed the stocklists, managed the forecasting and inventory planning for all distribution centers nationwide. I was also responsible for maintaing all product data associated with supply chaiin systems including the warehouse management systems, ordering systems, and others.
