My work experience has been in various roles connected to computers and the Internet for the last 10+ years, concentrating on anti-spam and abuse policy enforcement in my most recent positions. My strengths are my knowledge of anti-spam techniques and SMTP, my ability to successfully interface with other teams, co-workers, customers and companies to accomplish objectives, my ability to adapt and respond quickly, my customer service skills, and my business writing skills.
