With 30+ years in the automotive industry, I've played an integral role in its evolution. As the Executive Vice President for North America at Solera, I helm the Vehicle Solutions, Claims, Repair, and Fleet Business. My leadership extends to the Solera Executive ESG Committee, emphasizing environmental, social, and governance dimensions. Passionate about corporate social responsibility, I've initiated programs creating a tangible impact on communities and employees. A staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion, I've pioneered opportunities for various retail dealer segments. Under my watch, and in collaboration with Solera's C-suite, we've proudly supported artists through partnerships like the Carnegie Hall Medal of Excellence Gala. Beyond my corporate role, I serve as a Trustee Board member for the Christian Tabernacle Church, an Advisory Board member at Alabama State University, and am affiliated with the National Black MBA Association and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
