My goal is to produce events and videos that inspire attendees & viewers and motivate them to take action. One of the most rewarding and critical components to any successful event or production is working with a talented and motivated team. I strive to keep a calm and professional demeanor on all productions and encourage those with whom I work to do likewise. The level of calm, confident professionalism for which I strive is achieved through preparation and organization. I approach any new project by asking about the audience. I mentally put myself in the shoes of the attendees or audience members and gage my personal success based on whether the audience was engaged, enjoyed the content, and ultimately, was the audience influenced to take action.
