P&L responsability for the Benelux countries of 44 stores managed by 3 District Managers, SWOT analysis of the Benelux market and design and implementation of the local commercial strategy and reorganisation. Recruitment, animation, motivation and coaching of the local team.

Full P&L responsability of the local subsidiary and the local staff (30 people ), responsible for the daily business on the market for all distribution channels ( wholesales, retail en department stores) in the respect of the company's strategy and of the financial, legal and commercial objectives.The Country Manager guarantees the development of the turnover and brand image, the search, negotiation and opening of new stores as well as the annual marketing plan for the country.
