Responsibilities:Promoted to turnaround a recently acquired factory into a globally strategic pharmaceutical plant. Reporting to the South Asia manufacturing director. Leading a team of 500 operators, 30 managers.Key achievements:• Developed and implemented a strategy of operational excellence resulting in an increase of OEE by 20%, productivity by 60%, recognised by the EVP Global Supply.• Led the cultural change in transforming the factory, moving from domestic sales to supplying 5 global power brands. Achieved through driving GMP standards resulting in passing global audit certifications (MHRA and USFDA).• Created an organisational structure leading to a flexible, agile, high performing team, outperforming plan targets.

Responsibilities:In charge of logistics and distribution in the French commercial head office, involving the management of 2 third-party logistics, 3 warehouses, combining 40 000 pallets storage, and transportation of 3 000 pallets per day. Managing a budget of 30 million Euros including the purchasing of the 3PL contract.Key achievements: • Identified and delivered a saving of 1 million Euros per year, through supply chain optimisation, merging 2 warehouses into 1, and negotiating the change of 3PL supplier. • Successfully integrated a newly acquired company SSL, increasing the portfolio by 15% and realizing a saving of 1 million Euros by consolidating the distribution systems.

Responsibilities:Led strategic supply project: transfer of a production unit from France to Poland. Delivered successfully the technical transfer, and the people plan, restructuring to fit the organisation vision. Responsible for the manufacturing of 40 million units per year of household products, leading a team of 70 operators. Key achievement:• Received the RB Supply Gold Award for delivering the transfer project in cost and on time, without a service loss, and no deterioration of employee relations.
