Transformation of TLM Solutions Ltd through the recruitment of co-directors and a company merger into tlmNexus Ltd, a company that delivers business improvement to the Defence and Security sector through the mechanism of web-enabled Information and Knowledge Management services. In April 2018 tlmNexus received a Queen's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category for the development of its Resolve issue management software application service.

A Ltd Co framework providing a commercial vehicle for the delivery of a number of projects including the following:Development of a pilot technical risk-based infrastructure asset maintenance and performance monitoring process for a major UK railway infrastructure contractor.Development of the Initial Reliability and Maintainability Case (iaw Defence Standard 00-42Part 3) for a major UK defence vehicle procurement programme.Delivery of Reliability, Maintainability and Whole-Life Costing courses to various UK MOD and Industry organisations. each covering reliability prediction, reliability modelling, FMECA, fault tree analysis, maintainability, life-cycle costing and reliability data analysisContribution towards the development, implementation and support of a web-enabled Through Life Management Plan framework for an MOD Integrated Project Team.

Engineering member on the RAF's Crisis Manpower Requirement study team that determined the core uniformed manpower requirement for the RAF. The study encompassed the complete RAF trade specialization spectrum.

PSO to the 2-Star Chief of Staff at RAF Logistics Command, an organisation that comprised 5000 people in 15 locations throughout the UK involved with the maintenance and support of RAF equipment, and had an annual budget of £1.5Bn. Had regular involvement with higher-level management issues within the Royal Air Force at Board Level. Closely involved with the formation of the Defence Logistics Organisation and the introduction of the Smart Procurement defence equipment acquisition process.

Managed 140 personnel and the associated technical maintenance and support resources on a front-line squadron of Tornado GR1A tactical reconnaissance aircraft. Included support operations management at Main Operating Base and deployed locations.

Developed improved UK MOD Defence reliability and maintainability policy as a member of the Committee for Defence Equipment Reliability and Maintainability (CODERM) Technical Sub-Committee. Trained MOD, Industry and Foreign Service personnel in reliability and maintainability tools and techniques.Successfully worked with Industry to improve MOD reliability programmes on several major defence acquisition projects.Developed and implemented a risk management methodology for the support management of all RAF aero-engines based on the collection and interpretation of both design and in-Service fault data.

Developed and improved the RAF's logistics support analysis review procedure for the European Fighter Aircraft. Successfully planned and implemented a new 60-strong logistic support analysis review organization.
