Dudley Neighbors Incorporated (DNI) is a community land trust established by the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) thirty three years ago to carry out the economic development plans of the neighborhood. As Managing Director I have primary responsibility for responding to the needs of land trust homeowners and for stewarding DNI's existing portfolio of resale restricted housing. I'm also responsible for overseeing management of DNI's non-housing developments, including playgrounds, community farms and a greenhouse. Finally, as Managing Director I lead efforts to pursue new development opportunities to bring new affordable housing and other amenities onto the land trust.

As project manager at The Jones Payne Group I've supervised over the assessment, design, and construction over hundreds of residential homes throughout the US. I'm currently managing a project in Philadelphia and marketing the firm's Information Management Systems services.

As a drafting technician I was sent out into the field to document existing conditions of hundreds of homes in MA and other parts of the country. This entailed drafting existing floors plans on site with pen tablets and assessing a homes structural integrity by reviewing multiple conditions of the home.
