My experience has been built in several industries including Finance, Construction, Telecoms, Digital Marketing Consultancy and eCommerce. I have hands-on applied knowledge of data mining, extraction and manipulation tools such as SQL, SAS, Access, Excel, Unica, Oracle, SSMS, Teradata and MySQL. I have also developed Powershell, UC4 (Automic) Process Automation, and Pentaho Kettle solutions. Am experienced in advanced MS Office data collection and reporting solution design, development, automation and implementation.In the last two and a half decades, I created MBNA's first, non-paper-based, purchase order tracking system, I supported the marketing of their UK credit card offerings and reported on their UK credit-card account portfolio. I worked with one of the country's leading mortgage providers (Woolwich/Barclays) during a housing-boom. Provided data and insights into government-backed social housing improvement schemes for thousands of London tenants, ensuring their new Kitchens and Bathrooms were installed to the highest standards (the Egan initiative). I worked for orange when the first-ever smartphone launched. I worked with EE on the countrywide rollout of 4G and the physical network merger of orange and t-mobile. I have supported several household names with technology that achieves high-performing personalised marketing activities and CRM.
