As Global Sales Director and Executive Board member I am responsible for setting the sales strategy for the company and managing the sales, pre-sales and support teams in EMEA, LATAM & APAC. .Amulet Hotkey is proud to be a UK based high-technology company. I was responsible for the development of the EMEA & APAC regions for Clearcube Technology. Reporting directly to the VP Worldwide Sales & Marketing my remit was to expand business through sustainable repeatable solution focussed sales and marketing activities and partner leveraged programmes.

My position was one of 14 Business Practice Managers within the Enterprise Solutions division of SCC plc. This, 400 million Euro division, was the high-value sales arm of Europes largest IT reseller, with total sales of over 3 billion Euros. I was contracted to establish this new business unit, define the sales plan and build the team to deliver it.

Reporting directly to the CEO of IBM's no 1 mainframe business partner I was responsible for the revenue and P&L of all IBM revenue streams. As a player/manger I built a team of sales, pre-sales and consultants and led from the front, leveraging my extensive relationship and experience in dealing with IBM.

Initially joining TBC as the division manager for their CRM business I was promoted in 2001 to run their IBM business practise sales unit, responsible for sales revenues in excess of $60m and a team of 23 sales, internal sales and marcomms. In two years I doubled the revenue of the business and streamlined the sales operation to increase net-profits. We consistently exceeded our quotas and were recognised as the leading IBM business partner in the UK.

Part of initial pre-IPO management team of this small Financial Services software solution company, my role expanded to run the Operations and Sales business. We successfully secured business in over 200 investment banks in 23 countries globally with our OEM partner Bloomberg for whom we designed and delivered an integral part of their workstation solution.
