The Hubble ATA Masters Academy is a complete martial arts school offering programs in traditional Songahm Taekwondo, Protech weapons training, Yang Tai Chi Chuan and the Self Defense Training System (SDTS) to all ages, fitness and experience levels. -I supervised up to 10 Network Engineers.-I supervised 3 personnel and provided network technical assistance to military installations crossing over to the Defense Information Services Agency’s Enterprise Email efforts.-I performed testing of network and desktop applications and submit testing reports/recommendations for procurement and use in Enterprise systems/networks. -I conducted network bandwidth utilization analysis and recommend equipment and network systems changes to facilitate transition to the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) Enterprise Email effort.-I updated and maintain operational configurations of Army Enterprise and GNEC equipment and software systems.-I operated and maintained a system configuration database, perform configuration troubleshooting in support of operational configurations and conduct evaluation of new technology.-I provided engineering guidance and best practices information to operate, sustain, maintain and conduct Army Enterprise and GNEC CM.-I engineered test suites for CAC/PKI login testing for Army Enterprise.-I tested multiple diverse platforms (SUN, Mac X, Windows XP and Vista Server 2003, 2008) for compatibility with CAC/PKI login.-I engineer virtual domains using various virtualization applications to test CAC/PKI domain login and security. -I wrote PKI troubleshooting procedures that were included in the Netcom PKI Troubleshooting Guide (NETC-TD-EPE 09052). I received a performance bonus award from NCI for this effort.

-I founded the Hubble ATA Masters academy in June of 2007 and built the business from the ground up. In four years it has grown into a profitable business employing 6 part time employees. I teach classes, draft lesson plans, manage 5 wholesale accounts, manage billing, project revenue, create marketing plans and interact with community and civic organizations.-I organized and managed 2 successful regional martial arts tournaments with up to 320 competitors. I organized lodging for up to 2,000 people travelling to the city of Sierra Vista for the weekend of the tournament.

-I compiled Operator and Maintenance procedures for a variety of Communications Security (COMSEC) Systems to support the conversion of all CSLA systems to a two-level maintenance concept. I compile COMSEC data from multiple sources to include existing technical documentation for those systems, sustainment information and source data from individual COMSEC specialists. -I validated this data for accuracy before sending it off for conversion in to a technical document that supports CSLA’s sustainment mission using two-level maintenance.

-I performed System Administration operations for over 450 workstations and over 1000 users on 6 Networks (JWICS, SIPR, NIPR, TRANSLAN, DOCEX, and MEDEX) in the Combined Media Processing Center to include software/hardware/network troubleshooting and repair.-I managed accounts and computers using Active Directory (Windows 2000 and XP environments), Exchange server 5.5 and 2003, policies and permissions, DOCEX system administration, and Network (TCP/IP) maintenance and troubleshooting.

-I taught the Certificate Authority Workstation (CAW) 4.3.1 in support of the Information Assurance Solutions Program (IASP) for the Defense Message System (DMS). I taught Certification Authority, CAW terminal and FORTEZZA management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Management Infrastructure (CMI) for x.509 V1 and V3 certificates, Information Assurance, Cryptography and Cryptographic algorithms (DSS, KEA and Skipjack). -I reconfigured classroom computer workstations for each new class. I troubleshot CAW hardware failures, networking and software anomalies (SCO CMW+ UNIX operating system, ORACLE and M6 Remote Host Databases). I completed backups/restorals on all workstations, installed service pack updates and reconfigured CAW applications.

-As Leading Chief for a Shipboard Communications Center, I managed a division of up to 13 personnel. I managed all computer equipment, satellite, UHF/VHF/HF transmitters and receivers, multiplexing equipment, signal converters/keyers and all cryptographic equipment. I coordinated equipment demand and preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshot equipment and circuit failures. I managed the shipboard LAN (SIPRNET and NIPRNET) to ensure reliable network connectivity throughout the ship. I was awarded the Navy Commendation medal for the performance of said duties. -As the Circuit Manager for a major NATO headquarters staff I managed 670 communications circuits and a $2.1 million dollar budget. I coordinated activation & termination of circuits through DISA and commercial carriers. I managed the NEC2400 PABX telephone system, managing over 500 user accounts in the switch. As the Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian I managed the headquarters COMSEC account, ensuring the accounting and proper safeguarding of all Cryptographic equipment, keying equipment and codes. I trained over 250 headquarters personnel in proper COMSEC procedures. I was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal for performance of said duties.
