Define & Implement a upgrade to E9.1. Modules which were upgraded were General Accounting, Fix Assets, Distribution, Manufacturing, EDI, MRP, CRP and others.

• Converted Finance, and Fixed assets for nine European countries from JDE World A7.3 to JDE OneWorld Xe.• Designed, coded, and tested programs to convert all data for new chart of accounts in OneWorld Xe format. These programs were written in RPG, CL, UBE, and were across AS/400s, and NT servers. • Designed, coded, and tested programs to resolve various integrity issues, and facilitate date validation and reconciliation. • Responsible for supervising one Developer, and one Business Analyst. • Designed, coded, tested and documented daily and weekly external interface programs• Worked with users as well as upper management to assure proper settings and functionality of Multi currency, and Multi language features in the Xe environment.• Onsite post-go-live support team member• Responsible for process documentation, and training for end users. • Installed and tested various SARs for A/R conversion tools from A7.3 to Xe.

• Work with Customer Service Representatives to implement the Credit and Re-bill process, assuring proper pricing, and freight chargers were calculated. Provided the programmers with in-depth specification of all required changes. Tested and deployed all programs to all environments. • Responsible for setting up new Inventory Items. Worked directly with the Materials Management Department and Accounting Department to get the prices, cost, category codes and G/L class codes for the new items. Worked directly with Accounting, Materials Management, and transportation to set up all new customers, carriers, warehouses, and transportation routes.• Modified the Customer Service Inquiry (P4210) and Print Invoices Program (R42565) to give the user capability to Reprint Invoices On Demand. • Responsible for post go-live support on JDE OneWorld Version B7.3.3.1. Developed functional and technical specifications for data integrity fixes and distribution reports. Directly responsible for day-to-day business support for the distribution, advanced pricing, advanced transportation modules. • Significant effort to improve Sales Order Processing. Resolved formatting issue with invoice print between JD Edwards and Optio. Assured data integrity between Advanced Pricing and Sales Order Processing. Improved nightly processing to process all paper invoices as well as EDI invoices in a single threaded process. Provided the Senior Management with statistical report on the invoice accuracy and volume of invoices processed on a day-to-day basis. • Participated as a key team member on the Xe Upgrade team. Worked with the users as well as JD Edwards on defining and system setup for the upgrade to Xe from B7.3.3.1. Interviewed the users and provided an in-depth gap analysis. Made recommendations on what to retro fit into the Xe program, and what to remove from the old modified code (B7.3.3.1).

• Participated in the Integrated Conference Room Pilot testing. • Assisted in the upgrading of all modules from A6.2 to A7.3.• Assured proper systems settings in purchasing, inventory, and distribution modules in A7.3.3. • Directly involved with the Accounting, Inventory Control, and the Distribution departments, to assure proper system setup as well as data integrity, and training of the end users.• Responsible for establishing, managing and conducting JD Edward’s training for 35 users.• Reviewed and made recommendations on the chart of accounts for the company.• Reviewed and clean up the address book file, to assure data normalization, as well as data integrity.• Interviewed the upper management, key users in Purchasing, and the Inventory Department to identify all the issues and system requirements prior to converting to A7.3. • Assured proper systems settings in purchasing, inventory, and distribution modules for Conference Room Pilot in A7.3. • Analyzed the pristine and all the modified programs in purchasing, inventory, and distribution modules and recommended solutions to all issues.• Reviewed business process and recommended changes based on industry standards and best practices.

• Responsible for implementing the Contract management module in A6.2 Environment. This included all system set up of Contract Management Module. • Designed, coded, and tested the Contractor’s Data Base, which kept track of all the information necessary to qualify a contractor to do Business with Southern California Water Company. This Data Base conformed to JD Edward’s software standards as well as software requirements. • Responsible for establishing, managing and conducting JD Edward’s training for 20 users. • Technical Lead overseeing data validation and Implementation. Defined requirements designed and created custom reports for data validation and management decision-making. • Designed, and implemented custom printing of all contracts, checks, advance notices, stop notices, Purchase Orders using Create Print to import the Company Logo, Bank Routing Numbers, and other information that could not be printed using the AS/400.
