Technical Support provided to the research and teaching activities of the department in the form of:- Managing recording studio utilization by staff and students- Recording studio hardware specification, acquisition, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance- Provide technical support for Apple Mac computer labs including hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, printer access- Specification and acquisition of upgrades to existing Apple computer labs- Acquisition of electronics components for Arduino and similar technologies- Provide technical support to staff - Software specification, acquisition, maintenance & configuration- Technical Support for student assessment in the form of student access to performance equipment and facilitating student performances
