Oversaw the general operation of the Valet service from scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training and development and forecasting. Managed 30+ associates in Valet, Doorman, Shuttle Service and Ski Valet. Worked with P.O.S. and Hotel Property Management System to insure all revenue was accounted for. Worked extensively with security and loss prevention within the department such as claimes, investigation and following up with hotel guests.

East Cost Region

Oversaw 15 Marriott Hotel locations in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago and Ft. Lauderdale. Primary focus consisted of upholding contractual obligations with hotel clients through quality control, management support, safety and security, financial success, human resources and management development.
