Other EY leadership roles included Managing Partner of the Assurance practice in Oceania and Regional Managing Partner for EY’s Financial Services business across Asia Pacific- including China, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and ANZ.Over 34 years at EY, Tony combined firm leadership roles with successfully leading client account teams at large Australian and global organisations. He has broad industry experience with a primary focus on financial services, both locally and internationally, delivering external audit and assurance, risk, due diligence, strategic, operational, transaction, governance and regulatory reviews and services.Tony is an accessible and authentic leader, passionate about creating an environment and culture that enables all people to develop and achieve their full potential, particularly as leaders. He was formerly a member of the Champions of Change Coalition, the Leadership Council on Cultural Diversity, Board Member of the Australian Business Community Network (ABCN), various Business Council of Australia Committees and the Business Advisory Board of Monash Business School.Tony has a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration (Executive), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and recipient of a Distinguished Alumni Award from Monash University. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of FINSIA.
