Responsible for reporting function of Dexus Industrial Trust, a fund with total assets under management of c2.4BN and properties (c193+) in Australia (56), US & Canada (117), France (6) & Germany (14). The fund is part of the four way stapled listed structure.

Strategic management of the investment assets of the group, spread across Australia and New Zealand. Value of development projects range from A$ 75M to A$ 500M. As part of the asset management, I undertook in-depth analysis of the possible alternate uses of those assets, and advise management of the courses of action available to them to maximise the bottom line and shareholder value.

Treasury and Cash management, Liasing with Banks & financial institutions for finance. Was also in the implementation team that implemented the McKinsey & Co's suggestions for the restructuring of the group.

Overall charge of the finance department. Based at HQ I was in charge of managing the cash flow of the treasury with 7 branches spread across the state. In addition I was responsible for taxation and general administration. In my tenure, I negotiated with banks and financial institutions for working capital finance. As a result of that we could invite strategic business alliances with MNC players like Sony, AIWA, LG, Whirlpool, Black & Decker etc.

Responsible for the preparation of techno economic feasibility for clients. Also conducted statutory and internal audits of banks, financial institutions, government agencies etc.
