•Project Manager (PM) for an FEL1 level design and estimate for a Midstream Terminal Project at a remote and confidential location.•PM for two 150k BPD Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Fractionation Projects (VI & VIII) for Lone Star NGL in Mont Belvieu, TX. Scope for the grassroots EPC project included: a redesign of the Fractionation Unit to accommodate the increased capacity; Substation; Pipeline sections; Metering Skids; Detention Pond; Flare System; Utilities; and Buildings.•Deputy PM for two 120k BPD NGL Fractionation Projects (IV & V) for Lone Star NGL in Mont Belvieu, TX. Scope for the grassroots EPC project included: Fractionation Unit; Substation; three miles of Pipelines; Pig Stations; Metering Skids; Detention Pond; Flare System; Utilities; Potable Water Well; and Buildings.•PM during FED for $160 million Propane/Propylene Splitter Project for confidential client in Mont Belvieu, TX.•PM during FED for $70 million Flare Modifications and Flare Gas Recovery Project at Delek’s Tyler Refinery.•PM / Engineering Manager (EM) for two $250 million EPC Steam Methane Reformer & H2 Compression Projects for Praxair at Valero’s Port Arthur and St. Charles refineries. These grassroots projects utilized Uhde technology.•EM for $180 million HF Alky ReVAP Project at ConocoPhillips Trainer Refinery. This project incorporated UOP’s ReVAP technology into the existing HF Alky Unit by adding a new Acid Settler Structure and modifying the existing unit. Included completing the design and procurement associated with the 2011 TAR.•PM for the $50 million EPCM Crude Foundation Project at the Shell Martinez Refinery.•Seconded as Shell Project Engineer for 11 projects related to Motiva Norco’s 2006 Turnaround (TA) of the Distillation and Coker units. TIC of these projects was $60 million.

• Supported and advised SWPC management on all commercial issues affecting the $82 million combustion turbine power project for customers Electricite de France and CFE. Responsibilities included financial analysis, contract management, risk management, claims avoidance, backcharge recovery, commercial records, cost estimating, and cost control. Warded off $2 million worth of potential liquidated damages by performing a comprehensive analysis and proactively communicating with multiple managers and department heads.
