Expert relationship builder, collaborator, natural leader, strategist, & gifted communicator with a penchant for restoring order where chaos once prevailed! All throughout my adult life I have been dynamically interested in the effect of thought on our personal lives and the circumstances of our lives. My first exposure to the importance of our thought life came from the Bible where we are exhorted to take charge of our thoughts and subsequently guard our hearts from whence flow the specific issues of our lives. Later I was introduced to "As A Man Thinketh" a landmark work by James Allen, a British author from Leicester, England where I also was born. From those early learning experiences to this day I have maintained my fascination with the importance of right thought leading to the publication of my first book, "Just Some Good Thoughts" and a website by the same name. Throughout my career I have found myself in situations whereby I was hired to overhaul and change an operation that wasn't functioning as it should or was not reaching its potential. I used my knowledge of the importance of thought to help many leaders think differently about their employment scenario and thus restore order and peace to operations that were formerly chaotic and out of control. My life priority has always been to help people improve their lives by recognizing, understanding and changing their thoughts in order to radically change their lives just as my life changed dramatically many years go. My quest continues to this day.
