Tony began his career in the late 90s as a salesperson. He soon leveraged that developed experience to begin building his sales team in 2003; a group that grew to a peak of over 500. From there, he became the General Manager of the associates' arm for a global real estate firm in 2006, where he helped to grow its salesforce from 100 to 1200 and gain 10X revenue through his 4.5-yr tenure.Taking that experience with him from a trip to NAR, Tony began developing and launched a portal in 2008, the 1st to feature 720° virtual tours of more than 2800 projects locally. This development empowered the salesforce as early adopters of online marketing. Tony was later appointed as CEO for a local boutique firm in 2010, where he helped establish the company's stature with his implemented growth strategy. A global real estate firm shortly acquired the firm to grow its residential business in South East Asia.Soon excelling to a regional business development role, Tony switched to a firm with offices in Singapore, Jakarta & Shanghai in 2012, where he proactively brokered partnerships such as securing rights in Singapore with one of the world’s largest networks of owner-operated commercial real estate firms. He pioneered the firm to earn their Top 10 spot in under 2 years.
