I challenge myself, therefore I am.Being an entrepreneur since I was in college, I've experienced not only unforgettable failures, but also unexpected successes. It turns out that the initial goal of "financial independence" has been replaced by "maintaining enthusiastic to challenge my limits" as my motto.There are two skills I am good at:Digital Marketing: I am especially good at building web and developing strategy for a start-up company, making enormous improvement in a very short period of time. With such skill, I met and learned from experts in various fields when I was working as a marketing consultant in different companies.Management: I am certain that the success of a company depends on the team's belief and vision, even self-discipline prevails rigid rules. Moreover, I am determined that making the team develop adaptively and showing their talent will do things right. As the result, my employees are more capable and keep making lots of progress. I am currently working on the project "Karma Ksana" as the Core Founder and Chief Operating Officer, managing both the team and community development. As our core concept goes: " Use the blockchain technology correctly to carry out the concept of decentralization!"
